Purchased for limbing
I thought this head weight and handle length would work well for cutting off limbs after felling a tree. This has proven to be perfect choice for that task. Very fine hanging job, very sturdy and durable cutting edge.

The head was very sharp and well balanced on the hickory handle. It splits kindling with ease

I like the weight of the head balanced on the fine hickory handle. The mask fits well edto protect the edge. It is a fine addition to my collection
