SBC Not Too Bad, But!
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This is not a bad cradle for the money, but you need to be prepared to do a little drilling/reaming to correct the holes that were not in alignment with the block holes. All of them. I had to ream all of the holes to 1/2" to get the bolts in. The slotted holes where
the motor mounts go had to be hogged out even more so on the bottom with a file.
I had to use larger flat washers on the motor mount plates to correct for extra material
removed. Overall I had to horse around for an extra hour reaming filing and fitting to make it work out. To fix this poor quality at the factory they should simply ream the holes all to 1/2".
Then to fix the problem with motor mount plates, they should weld the plate down about 1/4" from where it is now and it would probably work out fine. For the price its fine.
You can't make it for $32.50. But I guess you can fix it for $32.50. More Chinese Please!!!

for texturing. Put it on soupy then dragged a thin trowel over it for a rustic look, primer & paint.
Looks professional....

Good Stuff
I bought this kit to perk up my 1989 merc classic 50 with a weak stream. It's now ******G like a race horse!
Very good quality parts at a good price.
