KNS-8400 Studio monitor headphones. By KRK.
Although not the top of the range of studio headphones. KRK make monitors headphones that will stand up well with more expensive brands.
I have used both the lower range KNS-6400 set with success for a long time. all frequencies were clear with very litttle distortion. even at high volume. but the 8400 is definitely a step up.
Bass frequency is much more to the fore and clearer. Response is brilliant and overall I'm very pleased with them.
They are very easy to wear and you get the added bonus of a two part lead. One part of which contains a volume slider. You can connect either lead singly, or as a pair to make it longer. I can wander around the room a bit.
It's a neat set and I wouldn't bother getting any others now. I have 3 sets connected to a Samson Headphone amp. They clearly out perform the M1000's headphones I have.
