  I telephoned eBay on 11-04-21 and made a negative report on this seller. I won an item from her/him on September 19th and then this seller told eBay that he couldn't find the item so eBay cancelled the sale and returned my money. Obviously, my win didn't offer this seller enough profit -- and on 11-04-21 the seller relisted the SAME item -- very unique item -- BUT raised the opening bid AND the shipping charges. I advise against trusting this seller! I'm waiting to see what eBay plans to do.
