The book that changed my life.
I found this book to be a good read with vital health information. I am not one who falls for the fad diets or new weight loss tricks. This book just offers FACTS on the studies of a high protein animal based diet and the implications it brings. Myself and my husband have found it easy to change the way we eat, see food and have both maintained a healthy weight without the suffering of diets.
