Unfortunate playback limitations
Very disappointed with daylight readability of the display. A common problem I understand, but I really hoped the 2016 Alpines would be different.
I currently do not believe it is possible to use both the built-in '24-bit digital audio converter' and a playlist file (.m3u) at the same time because the unit lacks ability to read such files on its own and smartphone playback will bypass the 24-bit DAC of the Alpine.
