Now i havent lost any weight since using these but i notice my constant hunger and appetite has gone.im not raiding the cupboard or fridge anymore and only small meal a day .

brilliant
really worth the money. it calculates all workouts and syncs straight to your phone. even records your sleep time.

Ps4 assasin creed rougue
I have played all assasin creed games.i love this one.the graphics are good the game play is excellent and addictive lol.highly recommend it.
