It Wouldn't Be Christmas...
... without RuPaul!!! This was playing at a friends home during the holidays years ago, and the up-beat selection conjures up great memories of bygone days. It's out-of-print now so if you find a good copy I'm sure it will become a holiday treasure as it did for me. This is a second copy for in the car; no such thing as too much "camp" whilst driving!!! LOL

Golly's one cool dude!
Read a cute "Gollywog" kid's book in the UK years ago and realized at some point these characters will sadly be found offensive here in the USA and banned. It's well made and makes me smile and happy just by looking at it... children are attracted to him above all other toys.

Good old "B" Sci-Fi
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich This was one of my Saturday afternoon Sci-Fi-Theater favorites on television as a kid, 50+ years later it didn't disappoint. I was surprised how some of the story was different in my mind yet it still held my attention like it had all those years ago.
One would imagine the cheesy special affects would be laughable by today's standards but I was actually 'startled' a couple of times. These old flicks are fun!
Only issue I had was volume, even cranked up all the way the soundtrack was muffled and I couldn't hear the dialogue. I thought about moving closer to the t.v. set but that idea creeped me out... I knew what was coming!
