Ok for the price
The hands really made the costume. However, they do not look like the pic. The coloring of the ones we received were not as shaded as the ones pictured. The ones in the pic look great, there are veins and the nails look grey and cold. Ours were more life-like and the nails were a shiny dark brown, like Voldermort went to the salon and had his nails done. Still scared the kids, so they did their job.

Just wanted the elf
My kid did not want the book, just the elf, but you can't by them separately. Did not even look through the book. Overpriced in my opinion. Elf could be of better quality.

Does not always 'ding'
This is really cute and I received it 3 days early. However, the bell does not always go off. Which was the point of buying it in the first place. When it does go off, it has a perfect noise level, not too loud but not too soft, just right. Disappointed.
