not a magic pill, works like it should!
5 von 5 finden das hilfreich I use this along with slim fast shakes for my breakfast every day- it does what it promises, it keeps you feeling full to curb cravings. I also feel more energetic after taking it... I've taken it for two weeks now and I've lost 5 lbs. Not a lot to some, but to me it has helped me work back towards my goal weight (which I was only 10 lbs shy of).
This isn't a magical weight loss pill, you do have to do minimal exercise and change up your diet a bit. Weight loss in itself is a journey, a diet is just that - a diet. In order for something to really be effective you need to figure out how to make it work for you and stay committed. This pill may not work for everyone, just be aware of that!
