  The item was damaged in shipping, and I was tardy in communicating because I could hear the pieces in the box rattling, so I put off opening. I thought eBay would refund, but it ended up costing the seller. The item was wrapped well and the box was marked well. I feel terrible now. I apologize for the miscommunication. I am relatively new to this process. The seller was very kind in offering partial refund, when it seemed like it was likely a shipping issue.
