Good Book
I first got this from my library and enjoyed it so I decided to purchase. The content is very useful to my ongoing lifestyle. Using this information I plan to continue creating my healthier lifestyle. Moderation and portion control has helped me shed 78 pounds. I plan to use the info in this book to keep it off.

I have been a SparkPeople member for several years. This is a very useful tool to learn how to lose and keep it off. Not by dieting but with a lifestyle change.

HP 8 Film Collection
I am a big Harry Potter fan and this DVD boxed set offers all the films in one collection. It was a great price as well. I am well pleased with this purchase.
