  This Seller sold me a United Lounge Pass that is INVALID for $40. United changed their policy so that only the person who received the Pass can use the Pass. He sold the Pass as No Returns knowing that only he could use the Pass. Very Unprofessional. Basically, he stole $40 from Me. I contacted him and he will not issue a Refund for a product that is unusable to the Buyer. He should be banned from EBAY as an unethical Seller.

  The buyer is being completely unresasonable, he accused me of knowing a policy change on United's end (within the past month) which I didn't know. I have sold many of these passes in the past with no problem. I explained that digital items are non refundable because you can't just take back digital code.

  Arrived 8 days after order/payment. Not very well packed for shipping. In a brown grocery bag, only. Thank goodness there was no damage to the case or the blu ray disc.

  Shipping was very fast. Item was in good condition. However, seller shipped through UPS to my PO box. UPS doesn't deliver to PO boxes; so, it was refused. UPS attempted to find a different address to ship to and shipped to someone else I didn't know. Package was missing for a week. I contacted UPS several times. Finally, person who item was delivered to tracked me down & I got my item. It was in good working condition and am still using it to this day. I am happy w/ item, but not so w/ shipping.

  So sorry about the shipping issue! That was the first time i've shipped to a PO Box, but now I know for the future. I'm glad the modem is working for you :)
