Does the job well for us.
Does what it is supposed to - takes away unpleasant smells without the need for aerosols or easily dropped diffuser sticks. And once it has done its job, it can be sealed back up so you aren't overwhelmed with a constant scent of air-freshener.

Seems to do what it says on the tin.
The laptop is a bit heavier than we hoped, as the last little 'transformer-type' machine was much more portable! But the keyboard is clear, and we've not found a problem with it - yet.

not well enough refurbished
The item was sold as refurbished but "as new" - or nearly. It was in face missing two plastic knobs for attaching the lower part of handle to machine. I have overcome that because I had some from my previous model. However, the grass box has been cracked and hence does not fit easily into place. So, okay but far from "as new".
