Flexible eating made easy.
The book contains tasty recipes that are easy to cook, just like the Pollan family’s previous book. They are adventurous without being daunting. It’s an American book so you need cup measures and the Mexican-derived recipes have hard-to-find ingredients like chipotles. However excellent recipes-I particularly enjoyed a Pina Colada Crumble. Their spatchcock chicken is the best for crispy skin. Buy this book if you’re after some interesting vegetarian dishes and like to eat some meat.

Better than shop-brought kefir.
Today I tasted my 1st batch of home produced kefir. It was lovely, fizzier than shop-brought and a lot more economical. I’m so glad I brought kefir grains from this site as they have well and truly produced the goods.

Quality and value.

I’m very pleased with the quality and consistent good results using this product. Buy it. You won’t regret it. The quality stays the same from batch to batch.
