A good choice for a universal charger

Seems well built and appears to do what it says...have only had it a few weeks.
It has not found a "bad" battery yet though it says it is able to do so. If that works it is a good feature
as some of my batteries are old now and must be marginal. It does not get warm in use as my old one did which pleases me. Plug has one screw so I assume one can replace a fuse. Seems a good choice for the money...was offered a cheaper one from Europe but decided not to risk it. I would recommend it as being of good value and quality.
