My only issue with this card is that I can't get the fans to turn on. You see, they don't start until they hit 60C and this card will run anything I can throw at it at 150+ fps without even coming close to that threshold. So, I can't comment on how loud the fans are, but they've never turned on before so I'm okay with that fact.
