Lift and easy to use
I have only used the 5mm hook so far and I have found it easy to use even with the long addition to the hook. I look forward to trying out some of the others.

Good for my lenses
I have used this make before and have been happy with it to clean my lenses in a way to make them safe to wear.

lightweight, easy to switch between using it for the forehead and the ear.
It took me a little while to get used to how to get it to read the temperature and viewing the memory.The small instruction card that came could be clearer, for a while I was pressing the wrong button and kept getting the last reading from the memory. Now that I have worked out which button I need to press to get an accurate reading, I am happy with it.
