Not a great piece of kit
I thought I'd get a well designed product from Stanley. The instructions are very basic, the mechanism has no means of making sure the tool is set perpendicular, other than by eye and the tightening system is primitive and difficult to use. Rubbish really.

Paper feed problem solved!!
HP PSC 1510. Everything was great until I discovered the problem many reviewers come across - the infamous paper feed problem, where it tells you you're out of paper when you're not. Eventually I solved this problem by attaching a small but chunky coin to the paper feed roller 'housing' to help it grip the paper. [This is the small hinged device you can see when looking into the paper feed area. It contains a rubber roller which spins to feed the paper. If the roller can't grip the paper it assumes the paper is out.]
Since doing this I've had only one anomalous error message.
