Thexton has improved this coupler in the...
Thexton has improved this coupler in the last 20 years and this new version works quite well. I wasn t that fond of my old one, which would not consistently pump grease into zerks. It is good for parts that don t require high pressure to fill with grease. It is smaller in diameter than others I have seen, which is good for tight access. I gave it 4 stars because I don t know how well it will hold up.

Discontinued orphan
This is a great product, but Ziploc discontinued it before the general public learned of its existence and wonderful advantages. It is no longer available, except on ebay type sales, nor are the Ziploc brand bags it uses. I purchased it as a backup pump, since it just happens to work perfectly with Food Saver brand "Freshsaver" bags that still exist at Wally and such. Food Saver offers a battery powered pump which I don't care for, but will probably have to purchase eventually. It should be noted that Ziploc vacuum bags are no longer available, except as ebay novelties, so buying this setup is useless, unless you have a supply of Ziploc bags, or Food Saver bags available to you.
