I told her the night before that there was an issue and the next day I had a new replacement. So although it wasn't as smooth as I thought it would be she definitely made up for it 10 times over so I will give her five stars. She was communicative and efficient, and also kind of course.

good but
it is good, I like it everybody like it! Is little baggy as medium, I guess it run little bigger.
But quality of two stopper on the each sides are bad quality and zipper is not easy to closed.

Sound good and clear. works on mic, music, even my guitar. and with 2 AA battery it becomes portable!
