  Buyer never shipped it. Just like the other negative review. They never shipped the item. They claimed they wouldn’t ship it until eBay released the funds into their bank account… they don’t seem to understand that eBay holds the money until after delivery to ensure the buyer (me) doesn’t have any issues. I then asked for a refund and he completely ghosted me. Fitting, considering his username is “GHOSTdogSale”

  Seller did not ship product claiming Ebay did not process funds. We were offered a refund by the seller, even though they claimed they didn’t receive the funds. I sent several messages to the seller asking them to ship the product, but never received a reply. After waiting 2 weeks, Ebay refunded my money instead of forcing the seller to ship the product.
