This cover is very snug--it just fits over the wheel with some wrestling. I suppose that's what you want, though. It looks and feels good, adding a bit of warmth and cushioning. This is our second cover. The first lasted about 2 years, which is why 4 stars instead of 5.

Extends life of older electronics
This product seems to have ironed out some problems with an aging stereo receiver, and I'm happy to keep it on hand as insurance for other electrical devices.
