  I asked if there would be insurance on the tray. I was told there was not,but can be add if I liked. I said yes I would like it added, after several times asking to have it added. I was not to worry about it, that they would add the insurance with no extra charge to me. I received the package with no insurance added, as I had requested. I opened the package, and find a scratch on the front of the tray. I asked several times about the insurance, and scratch. I got " I'm done stop the harassment"
