Perfect
Sits well in the ear, sounds good, easy to use, lightweight, battery performs well, recommended.

Good
Used it for a couple of days. When 30% of battery charge left got an automated message saying 15 minutes of talk time remaining which actually should be more...
At motorway speed have to use it at full volume...
Like the USB-C connection because I can charge it directly from my phone, it comes with a USB-C to USB-C converter so a phone charger can charge it.
I had to use a moulded ear gel piece from the previous ERA headset because the supplied 3 different sizes of adapters did not work for me. I cannot use a plug in headset anyway so this is because of me...
Like the quick battery charge, the instantaneous connection to the phone after power on, the volume knob and the light weight of the unit.
The other half always can hear me clearly.
Gave 4 stars because it switched off quite early just below 30% but it may improve if I charge it up a couple of more times...

Excellent quality
Perfect size, one end is M8 the other is M7, same as the original one.
Nuts came in separate bags with German label, highly recommended.
