Instructions clear and helpful, includes the necessary parts for locating subfloor joists, ten screws enough to significantly reduce loud squeeks in my master bedroom floor. One kit should cover the house. Need a tape measure, drill, and square or other 90 degree angle to measure off first joist you find and easily locate the next. The plastic screw snapper slot started to wear, metal kit would be better, but a wrench or vise grips work well too to snap the screws. minus one star for that.

Fast modem, Buy used to save $$
Fast cable modem. I saved $$ buying it used instead of buying or renting from my internet provider. Once I had it installed I had to use my phone’s cellular connection to browse to my providers website and initiate the service by giving them my modem’s details. I believe I could have done this over the phone too.

High quality refill
High quality sealant refill cartridge for the “mobility kit” air compressor. This cartridge is very easy to swap out. Just pull up the plastic housing covering the old cartridge, rotate the cartridge up 90 degrees and pull sideways to remove. The new one inserts and rotates down to lock into place. Then you can reset the service mobility kit reminder in your vehicles settings.
Be careful not to open the valve on the new or old old cartridge if they are warm or pressurized from the pump. Out of curiosity I turned the knob on my old cartridge after removal and a stream of sealant shot out. It was exciting and I was glad I was outside!
