Music everywhere
I use this to hookup to my older ghetto blaster, allowing me to listen to my favourite music apps in my workshop. I can now stream music from SiriusXM (among others) and listen to the same music throughout the house and my shop due to the connectivity between this and my other Bose speakers (Soundtouch series). I have another hooked up to the line out of my home stereo (into the “aux in” of the Bose unit) so I can “stream” my vinyl or CD music into the shop without having them there.

Sounds a lot bigger than it is
These speakers are EXCELLENT. I already knew that as I already had a pair. They are of a very small size but pack quite a punch. The sound quality is second to none. I got this one to replace one that failed after over 10 years of flawless daily use. Must be something simple like a blown internal transformer, but hard to tell, so I replaced it with this one from eBay. They are still available in the US, but not in Canada. Bose shut all their outlets north of the border.
