  When I bought this handbag, the photo was very nice. I asked her to mail this in a box so it wouldn't it smashed. The plastic bags are used by some sellers. Can't figure out why they would ship purses in plastic bags! Any way, when I opened up the box, she had smashed the purse into a small box, horrible! The tote was so wrinkled, I had to put it into my garage & let the heat take out some of the wrinkles. Buyer didn't offer discount for damage she created! She seemed young & didn't care.
