What you see is not necessarily what you get, but they will do.
The illustration shows grub screws and an allen key. What you get is two (self-tapping?) screws to cut a thread in the unthreaded spindle holes. The screws provided seem too long and have to continue in to the plastic of the handle the other side of the spindle.
The spindle supplied has 4 and 3 holes, rather than 5 and 3 as illustrated.
Not supplied are the small screws required to fix the roses and escutcheons, so a trip to B & Q or similar to probably come back with the wrong ones, will be required as you are unlikely to have the right size / finish / quantity in your odd screws box. Some other vendors illustrations of these show these extra screws as included.

A proper version
This is the proper version with the blade carried up onto the outside of the handle and secured with string such that it does not move.
The version on eBay with orange imitation string and the blade going in to a slot in the plastic handle is useless,
