good as any of more expensive paddles.

It appears to be as good as any out there. Im not one to fall for Hype. Invicta has also good paddles too. Basically most use a poly core so there are minimal differences out there on that tech. The facing probaly makes more difference, fiberglass, carbon, graphite ect. The truth to me is the most important is to add weight. These paddles are light which means there is not much demensional stablity. The heavier the paddle the more the power and more control. Think of a fly swatter, could you control that very well. Course not, so dont buy a flyswatter(light paddle). Get the heavyest paddle you can use without getting tired. I raised my paddle to 9.4 ounces and Im 66 years old. Im also an old USPTA tennis pro. Used to increase tennis racket weights as well.

great watch

I think this is a good product. I have been threw a number of casios but find this one to the be the best for the cost. I dont think the reading on altitude are correct. Not sure how to calibrate it. The only thing I think they should eliminate is the little circulur screen , it seems redundent. Would rather have larger script for data that shows on screen. The newer model has this removed. But I like the watch very well and would buy again if I wanted this mode.
