Must have for baking and pastry
If I only can have a few baking books,it would be this one and cordon blue baking techniques,CIA boot camp,pro baking,On baking,DOUGH,Nick Malgieri ‘s books,JoAnn Cheng’ s books, I gave away several Martha’s DVD and baking hand book and other books ,they well educated women all like Martha’s books and DVDs,MARY BERRY FROM UK also is a great author they supported by good people, 4 STARS reviews is fine things to order,Anna Olson and “ ALLY BAKES” on YOU TUBE both a great pastry chef can show you lot of pro techniques on screen Canadians does it better.
