Sharpen knives like new!
Not having the time and patience just yet to learn hw pow to sharpen blades with whet stones, I bought this device. It works just as I hoped. Expensive but very effective. It really does put an edge on kitchen knives as good as when they were knee.

Pro quality
I recently bought a whipping siphon and a fine mesh screen is sometime needed for certain recipes. This funnel and scree are perfect. Both are of remarkably high quality in design and finish albeit at a slightly premium price.
