Proper BIG pillow, springy, bouncy. If anything, I would've loved to be twice as big and twice as bouncy. I can lay my head on it and it doesn't dissolve like most other pillows. I don't know about long-term, but it's good now.

The only one I could find! Read before buying.
It's a small, fluffy pillow. You can't use it as a pillow! You put it on another pillow, as it has no consistency, it's about 3-4 cm thick. The heating element makes a buzzing noise that you can hear only if you put your ear on...the pillow! I truly hope they didn't put the transformer in the frigging thing. Wait. The switch doesn't heat up so..they just use the transformer as a heater!? There is no heating element inside, it's just the transformer. Jesus, I hope it has a thermostate too.
