For parts
This item was beat up and even rusting in spots. But that's not what I bought it for. I needed replacement punches because the springs on them eventually break, and a set of new ones cost on the order of
$65 to $70. So while the punches on this item were used, the odds were at least two of the three will hold up for as long and as often I use the items, at little more than a fourth of the price

Works well as advertised
This unit is fifteen to twenty years old but does not appear to have been used to any excess. It still works well, especially the self-propelled feature. The belts and brush roller were replaced as a matter of preventive maintenance even though those supplied with unit were fully functional. The worse that can be said that there were a few places where the color on the plastic housing had been rubbed off. Big whoop!
