Something we should hear more.
This is well played and recorded CD, the music is not readily available in any other CD recording. I have known this music for the past 62 years, and it is such a pity, criminal even, that this should be the only available commercial recording of this lovely Richard Arnell work. If you haven't got it, I urge you get it now while it is available, and cherish the work of one of our great, unsung composers.

Covering new ground
There is information within the pages of this book which is not readily available elsewhere at this stage. The author Kevin Allen, has (not for the first time) given us a book which is away from the usual "Elgar Trail", and I for one am very grateful for that.

Very useful piece of kit
The thermostat take a bit of getting used to, and is not that user friendly, but the heater is very useful and at the 2.5kW heats a 22ft long room in no time at all.
All told, I am very happy with the appliance.
