No cold house/flame sensor
Part came in Identical to part that was in my furnace. (was experiencing furnace attempting to fire then quickly going back out shortly after burner ignited). Know from experience what the culprit was.
Installed this part and viola! been running good since! going to buy a spare to keep on hand!

Avital 5305L

I have used Clifford alarms most of my life on my own vehicles and Avital is a product of Clifford. Their pricing is very good for all the features included and very reliable! Instructions are clear and easy for anyone with experience to understand! I can't comment on warranty because after installing likely well over 100+ Avital units I have never had a warranty claim!!!! IF installed correctly, there should never be problems! I highly recommend Avital 5303/5305L units!
