So far a really helpful book!

So far a really helpful book! Had tried Kumihimo some years ago working from a kit & instructions & although I am usually good at getting the hang of new practical things, decided that Kumihimo was too tedious & frustrating for me. Within a day of receiving this book I have already made a perfect, professional looking length of braid with ease(at the first attempt!) It is well set out, not too much information on a page & a small enough book to make you feel undaunted & moderately confident that you might actually be able to get the hang of all the braids included. I have not given to book 5 stars because I have the feeling I shall have to get another more advanced book before too long but brilliant for beginners.

A very useful book for reference for both beginners and the more experienced - I am very pleased with my purchase.

Good book to own as a reference

Had this book from the library & had done 2 designs from it before I decided it was time to get my own copy! Good designs which are not so simplistic that they are a waste of time - I would say that to get the most from it you have to be able to use the 'framework' from the book & make personal modifications.
