Made a difference in a day
I was sceptical but my feet didn’t keep me awake in the night after wearing during the day ! It did feel different wearing them but not enough that it was uncomfortable and I am impressed

lightweight
the person i gave it to for christmas was stressed child who was disappointed and threw it away his brother made fun of him for having it , i am sure this may be a robust product but is not initially an engaging stress toy visually
