Correct Transition Adapter
Item was as described and fit my need.

Intermittant Problem
Easy to wire to aftermarket radio harness. After two weeks using it however, it has drained the truck battery overnight twice, and has failed to turn the radio off once. Scosche rep says this shouldn't happen if wired correctly, and that I should exchange it for another one. I will try to determine if by avoiding some particular sequence of ignition, lights, driver door, etc I can avoid the problem. This may be a fine product, but just not working for me.

Nice heavy quality. They have the correct angle for the top of a ramp to my elderly mother's new tiny house porch. Best value I was able to find.
