SO so
Internal spring was blocking tube entrance, had to be adjusted. Was pretty aggravating lack of quality control and frustrating for a new part

Pretty phone but OS is TRASH

Audio quality from calls is good without many of the poor sound quality issues a lot of phones have.. Downside, the 925 doesn't have removable battery which is a design defect in the hardware however the biggest problem is the windows OS which has become utter junk at this point in time. Microsoft doesn't support nor update 8.1 which replaced 8.0 and this update caused an enormous amount of problems.. Microsoft simply turned their back on things in 2015 (if you read their tech support pages) screwing over their users as at this time there are a lot of apps which won't run on 8.1 even though they install.
