They have not solved the problem.
My cooker hood is now several years old and when one of the bulbs failed I tried to source a replacement from three different local electrical suppliers, but each told me the same thing - that they had now been superseded by an LED bulb and the connection was different, so I could not replace with 'like for like'.
They advised that I try online and when I spotted these I really thought they were going to be the answer, so I ordered them.
However, when I tried to insert the bulb into the aperture, I could not make the connection, because the 'silver body' of the bulb is broader than the bulb it was designed to replace, so it cannot be screwed far enough in to make the contact required to connect to the power source.
I am waiting for an electrician I have used many times to advise if there is any way it can be adapted, but I'm not optimistic and I suspect they will probably have to be returned as unsuitable for the purpose for which they were bought.

You get what you pay for.
0 von 1 finden das hilfreich We have had a 30 inch artificial pre-lit Christmas tree for many years. In fact, so long, many of the leds have failed and being non-replaceable we decided to search online for another tree. We came across this one, not as tall, but it looked quite nice and for the shelf on which we wished to put it, we thought it would give the effect we were seeking. It arrived in a narrow box about 4" x 4", so on extracting it the branches had to be opened out to give it a 'Christmas tree look', but even after doing so it looked a pretty nondescript thing. Not very impressive at all. OK, considering you can pay hundreds of pounds for some artificial trees these days, it was a very cheap purchase, but even so, it has very little to commend it. We've kept it, but what we've done is stripped the lights out of it and entwined them into our existing tree. That's given it a new lease of life, which should mean it lasts for several more years. As for this tree: we put it on the window sill in our breakfast room and with a few small shiny balls on it and a few other small decorations, it looks OK, so that's where we shall put it in future years. If you're looking for a very small cheap pre-lit tree it does the job, but if you like your tree, regardless of size, to make a real 'Christmas statement', this tree is not for you.

Good in small doses
I would recommend this product if you use it sparingly, otherwise you'll be continually replacing the batteries. Due to the fact our kitten loves it, when we first got it we used it a lot; but already all the images except the red dot have become so faint even the kitten finds them difficult to see, so we're using it spasmodically now and limit it to just a few minutes play.
