Pleased with product but recommend 23 quart canner.
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich Product in great condition and arrived earlier than promised. Bottom of pan is tapered to work on an 8" burner so it works on my ceramic top stove. I am pleased with my purchase. However, the 23 quart canner has the same bottom and will also work on a ceramic top, it is just taller. If I realized that I would have purchased the taller one because it has a pressure gauge rather than the weighted gauge. At my altitude I need to can at 11lb PSI but must do the weighted gauge at 15lb. I wonder if the quality of my processed food will suffer from the extra pressure.
