Keeps Moving -- Good Workouts
I am really glad I bought this DVD. I've enjoyed each 10-minute workout and never got bored. Each workout is good, complements the others on the DVD, and keeps moving with a good variety in each segment. Cardio workouts tend to bore me quickly, but not this one. Also, I can mix and match these segments with other 10 Minute Solutions workouts. Great!!!

"Great 10 Minute Workouts"
Great workouts on this dvd. Super fun and very healthy. Each workout is 10 minutes and you can choose if you want to do them all, or just pick which ones you want to do.

Great book -- using for study
I picked up a copy of this book from my local library to help me study for my ACE personal trainer certification. It's got great info. and good illustrations. I ended up buying a copy for myself to keep on my shelf. Great heart reference.
