Less than a quality timer.
Timer clock is pretty sloppy. Switches on/off +/- 15 minutes from setting. Okay for some uses, but nothing close to precise.
It has mounting holes in back but no way to remove the front to firmly mount unit to a post or wall. Key-hole type mount is best one can do, which is usually only a loose mount at best.
Electric pig tail to plug the unit in is so short that one is required to mount the unit within 6 inches of the power outlet. A longer pig tail would be a minor production cost and give the owner much better flexibility for mounting the timer.
The unit 'could' be much better with a little more design thought.

AC Delco Floor Jack
The AC Delco 3-Ton Trolley Floor Jack is a good buy for many, i.e. those that need a handy small floor jack. For my use however, I was unsatisfactory for heavy duty daily use. Unfortunately, I had to return the jack.
