Very pleasantly surprised, especially for the money
I picked this up to resurrect a pair of Bose 201 Series III bookshelf speakers. I had been thinking of getting a receiver or standard integrated amp, but was attracted to this tiny amp's size, and I didn't want to spend much, if anything.
It was delivered one day ahead of schedule, and I hooked it up. Wow! It's plenty loud, very clean, and with a slight boost on the treble and bass, these speakers sound pretty natural and transparent top to bottom! I'm a musician and composer/producer, and this is my spare bedroom playback system for reference. For the money, it's exactly what I needed.
We'll see how it holds up, but I don't plan on abusing it. The speaker terminals on mine seem solid, as do all the knobs and switches (other reviews mention flaws in these).
