  I received box and I was in shock. It was in pieces and broken beyond repair due to the terrible delivery company and the handling of my parcel (which had fragile tape all over it) I contacted gedandmichelle and they could not have done more to help! They offered to remake or refund me. I chose to receive another box and it was perfect (different delivery company) The writing/paint job/craftsmanship are all brilliant!   Very pleased with the quality and price of my casket. Communication with Ged was first class, very helpful and changed the size of the interior of the casket to my request. Ged also replied straight away to any queries I had and is very courteous and as a buyer I thoroughly recommend this seller.
