  Item not as described (listed as fully functional when not, and some of the items were actually lower quality than advertised on receipt). Also arrived damaged due to insufficient packaging. Unwilling to provide satisfactory resolution so had to have eBay step in after horrific communication where I was accused of being a scam artist, blamed for the damage and for not asking questions about how “fully functional” the item was before purchasing (surely the listing should be honestly composed!?).
