I am a professional writer and published author of fiction books—children's books for Random House in the East, Fulcrum in the West, and Chicago Press in the middle of it all. I have written adult inspirational for Thomas Nelson in the South and have been published in the poetry field since I was 19, but poetry doesn't pay the bills, thus my segue into book writing.
Additionally, according to experts in the field, I have one of the largest collections of vintage and antique cufflinks in the US and abroad. Still, I collect them not for investment purposes but because they tell a story of what the world was like at a certain period of time, and they tell it as well, if not better, than my encyclopedias. I am presently completing my first adult novel.
