Joslyn restoration
I am restoring a Civil War era Joslyn rifle, which was .56-50 Spencer rim fire. The 500 Linebaugh is the closest I can come to the original with readily available brass and dies. Hornady makes excellent products, and I am glad I don't have to make my own dies and brass from scratch.

many uses
having three lets me pre-set stops with a feeler gage on my shaper. I can remove one at a time allowing a deeper cut each time without shutting the machine down to re-measure. Or having found a correct position on something, I can 'record' it with a block and come back to it later, with precision.
I also used two under a tiny magnetic base drill.
Many uses besides just holding dial indicators, very handy to have around.

Books are great
my grandson loves the series, and real books are cheeper to replace than an electronic device
