Full off on with switch and dimmable by sliding finger along the edge. High Tech switch.

Love it! I ordered one to work with incandescent light bulbs in a living room and was very pleased with its function and ease of use and installation. After the install I decided to order a second for a family room, but was concerned because of the comments about working with LED bulbs, which are in the fixture in this room. After installing the switch it works perfectly with the LEDs that I have with no flickering in the whole range of dimming. The bulbs I have are dimmable GE LED BR-30 spotlights. No problems after nearly four weeks! Very satisfied with the switches. .
